• The QHSC poolside cabanas are available for rental by club members.
• Cabanas must be reserved 2 weeks in advance to ensure adequate staffing.
• Renters can choose the Main Cabana or the Baby Pool Cabana.
• Rentals allow you and your guests exclusive use of the reserved cabana for up to three hours, including setup and cleanup time.
• Rental rates are based on the size of your party and include the use of the cabana and all appropriate guest fees.
• Guests include members and non-members.
• The count includes everyone who will be present inside the pool gates during your event.
• If your rental is for a child’s party and parents of these children will attend, they MUST be included in your count.
• Parties larger than 15 require the staffing of a designated lifeguard for the length of your party.
• No parties larger than 25 guests are allowed.
• Party hosts are responsible for cleaning up the cabana area of all party decorations, food, trash, etc. after your event. 
• Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and knowledge of the pool rules. 
• No cabana rentals on Memorial Day or July 4th.

Rates:

• 3 hours, up to 15 guests:  $100
• 3 hours, up to 25 guests:  $250

If you are interested in reserving a cabana for your event, please check the calendar below to verify your date is available. 

If your date is open, please speak to the Aquatics Director or an Assistant Manager at the Guard Shack to reserve your date and pay your rental fee via credit card. You can also complete the Cabana Reservation Form and return it to the office at qhswimtennis@gmail.com to pay via invoice.
