• The QHSC poolside cabanas are available for rental by club members.
• Cabanas must be reserved 2 weeks in advance to ensure adequate staffing.
• Renters can choose the Main Cabana or the Baby Pool Cabana.
• Rentals allow you and your guests exclusive use of the reserved cabana for up to three hours, including setup and cleanup time.
• Rental rates are based on anticipated pool occupancy and include the use of the cabana and all appropriate guest fees.
• Guests include members and non-members.
• The count includes everyone who will be present inside the pool gates during your event.
• If your rental is for a child’s party and parents of these children will attend, they MUST be included in your count.
• No parties larger than 25 guests are allowed.
• Party hosts are responsible for cleaning up the cabana area of all party decorations, food, trash, etc. after your event. 
• Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and knowledge of the pool rules. 
• No cabana rentals on Memorial Day or July 4th.

Rates:

• 3 hours, Monday-Thursday:  $150
• 3 hours, Friday-Sunday:  $250
