Quail Hollow Swim and Tennis Club is a private facility supported through annual fees paid by 300+ membership families, couples and individuals. While guests are welcome when accompanied by members, there are certain guidelines and procedures in place to ensure use of the facilities can be enjoyed by its paying members. QHSC grounds are private property owned by it's membership. Any person using club facilities without a member present is considered to be on our property illegally and will be treated as such, including the parking lot and property bordering Big Branch Creek. These policies are in place to protect our members from any unwelcome visitors, protect club property and give us legal recourse in matters of trespassing.

The following stated policies, while considerably strict, give the Board of Directors and the membership legal recourse (ie call the police) in the event of action needed to be taken at any time against non-members refusing to leave the premises or adhere to club policies. The Board of Directors wants to ensure that paying members have the access and opportunity to enjoy their club without any reservations as to it's safety and security.
